Prayer Request

Mark and Tammy are Amazing people. To begin with, they are the parents of my very best friend since high school, Julie. I owe an unbelievable debt to these people that can never be paid back - only paid forward! They were an example of what marriage should be at the beginning of our marriage. They bought us a mattress when we didn't have one. They brought me prep-H when I um "needed" it during my first pregnancy. They welcomed me into their home day and night- anytime for any reason and then fed me delicious food (man, Mark is THE BBQ King!!) They loved me and then loved my family. They are THE example of biblical hospitality and love. I don't know what I would have done without these people in my life. I truly praise God for them and for all they are. If my testimony isn't enough, he has 2 grandkids that bear his name. One name sake just isn't enough for this guy!
Last night Mark (age 54) had a heart attack. He had a 95% blockage, but luckily had the brains and humility to get himself to a hospital quickly with his bride by his side. He has a brand new stint now, and is doing very well from what I understand. Please be in prayer for him and his wife (who may need your prayers even more) and his four children and 5 grandchildren. I have to add that I say 4 children, because they have 4 biological children. These people have so many "adopted" children that have lived with them for a time or just been loved dearly by them as I have that I could never count how many "children" they have. Also, they do a great job of loving their sons and daughters in law as their own children. My children call her GranAngel and him Grandpa Mark. When Kaitlin was little she had sign language for Granangel that was a combination of the sign for grandma and a halo. It was precious. Can you tell I can't say enough good about these people? My heart just pours out about them! Thank you for your prayers!
