I can't pick....but if I had to choose just one I would say #3
The black and white baby pic is probably my choice. Shooting cute pics of grandkids will probably be your cash cow--next to weddings. I'd definitely put in one of your engagement picture shots, too.
Looking again, I think you should move the pic of K on the football field with pom-poms(thinking little league $$$), the kissing couple (but if you have a color version of the engagement picture that might be better), the family of three on the ground, and the forementioned baby pic.
